Stop burn blisters in their tracks!
in the early morning of July 19th, 2007‘Along both banks of the river,
fruit trees of all kind will grow…
their fruit shall serve for food, and the

It is a scientific fact that toxic material can penetrate your skin and enter your bloodstream but thankfully, the goodness of essential oils also has this ability.
Over the coming months I will be adding a new essential oil and a segment on the safe use of essential oils and pregnancy. I’ll try to keep it simple and useful and if you have any suggestions or tips you’d like to add to this segment, either email me and I’ll include your contribution with a credit or leave a comment with your details so I can give you some link love.

Lavender [Lavendula Angustifolia] essential oil has a clean, floral aroma with woody overtones. It has sedative and antiseptic properties and is extremely comforting and soothing and will calm your state of mind.
- 6-10 drops into a bath will help to calm and centre you.
- A few drops into a bowl of boiling water and inhaled will help to clear headaches and migraines. You could also try rubbing some oil onto your temples.
- A warm towel wrap imbued with Lavender will soothe nervous exhaustion.
- Dab neat (undiluted) Lavender onto spots and they’ll clear up with amazing alacrity.
Lavender essential oil should be a staple in everyone’s medicine chest.
