Foetal Therapy…the latest anti aging fad

in the late evening of July 26th, 2007

Aborted babies are being used in to slow down the effects of aging. Stem cells are extracted from aborted or miscarried foetuses and injected into the bodies of our youth obsessed society. It is the latest weapon in the anti aging arsenal, closely followed by Botox (Botulinum Toxin Type A).

Stem cell therapy is not only being used to smooth out wrinkles, but is also being injected into other parts of the body to reduce excess flab and diminish cellulite. Equipment to extract stem cells from a human embryo is extremely expensive and other critics are dubious that beauty salons can even afford it. It is has been reported that some patients may have been injected with something other than foetal stem cells. At least one Russian patient has died after having such treatment and another has had tumours removed from his face.

Is This Our Future…Pimping Doctors and Foetal Factories?

Investigations are currently being carried out into an illegal baby trade that sees impoverished women from Russia and the surrounding countries selling their aborted foetuses to unscrupulous specialists.

The foetuses are being cryogenically frozen and sold to beauty clinics for as much as $10,000. Older foetuses fetch more, as staff at the clinics believe their stem cells have a greater curative power.

Sergei Shorobogatko, a former Kiev policeman who is investigating the trade, said abortion clinics in the poor eastern regions of Donetsk and Kharkiv are selling foetuses - often untested for viruses such as Aids - without permission and added that women were also being persuaded to have late abortions, even though the legal limit is 12 weeks.

“Doctors tell the women or girls that there is a problem with their pregnancy and that the baby has to be aborted, or else they are offered more money,” said Shorobogatko.

‘We are talking about a huge, corrupt and dangerous trade in quack therapies,’ said Professor Vladimir Smirnov, director of the city’s Institute of Experimental Cardiology. Outside state institutes, Russian law allows only extraction and storage of human cells, but enforcement is lax.

What kind of vile, morally depraved society do we live in…that we take advantage of people’s pursuit of vanity at any cost?

Let me ask you this…….if you’re actually considering this procedure, what are the thoughts that go through your head to have possibly stolen or aborted foetal cells, if indeed, that’s what they really are, injected into any part of your body, that makes it ethically ok for you?
